MuSE builds Trusted Infrastructure for music.
Verified artists and venues. Authenticated content. Measure local impact. MuSE provides a simple, interoperable music tech framework. We're inspired by ecosystem‑led models from telecom to banking.
About MuSE
The Music Industry Standards and Enginering group (MuSE) was formed to advance shared and open digital technical standards that protect creators, enhance trust and unlock new value across the digital music ecosystem
What We Do
We verify digital music is human, and answer who made it and where it came from. We're building a lightweight, standards‑aligned trust layer that any music ecosystem can adopt. It links verified identity (artists, venues, rights‑holders) with content provenance (tracks, releases, performances) so trust signals mean the same thing everywhere.
Our solution is:- Federated: neutral governance; works across location based entities, and platforms.
- Interoperable: simple schemas & signatures; API‑friendly.
- Privacy‑by‑design: minimal data; verifiable claims over raw PII.
